Photos show you the property. They don’t show you the surrounding area, the noise, the building, the management, or how it feels in person. That part’s my job. Sometimes there’s a great unit in a so-so building, and sometimes it’s the other way around. I’ll tell you which is which.

You know that interview question, “What’s your biggest weakness?” Mine is that I’m direct. Not everyone loves that, but the people who want the truth before they sign a 12-month lease usually do. It also saves everyone a lot of time.

For renters

I lease premium properties across Toronto and the GTA: houses, condos and townhomes. Most of the people I work with are relocating for work or looking for a second place to call home, and many are coming from outside Canada. I’ll help you learn the city, find the right place fast and avoid the wrong ones.

Renting in Toronto isn’t always straightforward. There’s plenty of paperwork involved, but I’ll help make the process as quick and painless as possible.

Thinking about buying?

Buying is a different process, and I can certainly help with that as well. Many people rent first while they get to know the city, then buy once they know where they want to be. If you’re moving from outside Canada or buying for the first time, keep in mind that the listing price is only part of the picture. Taxes, closing costs and potential rebates can all change the real number. We’ll go through all of it up front, so there are no surprises on closing day.

New to the city?

I’ve lived in Toronto since 2012, and I know it well beyond the listings. Ask me where to get the best coffee, where to book dinner, or which neighbourhood actually fits how you live. Finding a home is step one. Feeling at home here is the real goal.

For landlords

You’ll get a realistic price that gets your unit leased, not a guess and not an inflated number meant to win your listing. I screen applicants so you only see the strongest ones, and I keep you posted from listing to handover.
